REALLY BAD SERVICE~! WHAT A JOKE!! :-(

Pathetic service!!! I called last week to correct information on my online profile (I can't select & link the correct smart card as a previous one is still linked). I was told to send an email to support services, (which I did) & was told that I will be contacted the same day. No one called. I send a second email TODAY, & a person from Johannesburg called - who clearly does not understand my problem, who then told me the only way is to Re-register my account. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, as I get the error message that THIS EMAIL IS LINKED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT. What do you expect me to do?? Create a whole new email just to accommodate your obviously incompetent, untrained personnel? Then I called again, pretoria branch, guess what he said..??!! "Send an email to the support" So instead of helping me, I am being send round in circles!!! I am paying very much each month, have been on the DSTV PREMIUM from 2006, (7 years) never missed a payment, NEVER WON ANYTHING, keep on watching rerun after rerun and old 80's MOVIES!!??? Please wake up it is already 2013 - With customer service like this old movies and extended reruns... WHAT A FLIPPEN JOKE AND RIP OFF at R730 PER MONTH!!! :-(
