Paying R720 a month there is no service whatsoever. The call centre claims we must pay a consultant to come out and "fix" the problem. There are no box office movies available and there are no over facilities such as recording. The call centre just say sorry EISH. This is the most disgusting service from a company that is meant to be a leader in companies in SA. But if the account isn't paid within in two days they cut us off. Really??? are we paying for! Repeated programs over and over and no service further.
