Repeats on Mnet

On the 15th of January 2013 my husband (Mr. Marko Koen) contacted the call centre regarding the repeats of programs e.g. Arrow, Chicargo Fire etc. He spoke to a lady by the name Yvonne. He asked why the programs are being repeated and she first put him on hold. When she returned to the phone call my husband (Mr. Marko Koen) asked her again he would like to also know why there was no sign next to the M (for Mnet) that said that it was a repeat. Yvonne then told my husband yes we do show repeats of movies. I do not want to be rude but why are we paying almost R700 a month for all the repeats?! Also when you call in it's never Multicoice's fault, but always the customer's fault or decoder. What happend to the customer's always right? My husband phoned for a second time and spoke to the supervisor Patience and had no luck what so ever. I would like to have answers ASAP!!! Contact details Marko Koen 073 780 7185
