I lodged a complaint earlier this year about 1 member that won 3 cash prizes in one week. I was then told that she was registered more than once and that they will look into the matter and delete all but one. Now the same person won cash again for the womans day competition how is that possible. There are millions of members with Just Play and you want to tell me that she is the lucky one everytime. I was told that the computer picks a name randomly. So a name gets picked WHY does Just Play not check to see if that particular person has won before or not. So when that person has won before then a redraw must be done because there are millions of other people also waiting and hoping to win a prize whether it be cash or goods. I seriously think that Just Play should take a look at the way they are running things or is this just for publisity.
I suggest Just Play get their house in order, becuase i think many other members feels the same as i do.
