My wife and i visited the Black Cherry restaurant on Friday 25 October 2013. Firstly, the waiting time was unacceptable as we had to wait for longer than a half an hour to be served with our food. When finally delivered and finished, we had to wait another 10 minutes to get the bill. After receiving the bill, we requested the offered 7% discount to be subtracted from the account, which took the waiter another 10 minutes to do. When arriving at the till, there was another delay and when requesting what it is about, the lady just shrugged her shoulders and continued focusing on the till. This service delays is unacceptable (in total it amounts up to nearly an hour and the time we spent drinking our dringks and eating was about 15 minutes. Please adress the staff's attitude as well asthe time delays as this service and behaviour is unacceptable. Thank you kindly. RINA / NEELS
