Would like to lodge a complaint against DSTV for suspending my service. On the 01 oct I spoke to a consultant with regards to the service that was suspended than and she advise that no payment was received. I do have proof of all my payment that I can sent through and I refuse to pay a reconnection fee on the account. Hope to hear from them
I also dispute the amount delinquent same is 2 insalments R50 reconection fee.
