I do not appreciate your call centre agent accusing me of having my phone on voicemail at the time I asked him to call me back. My phone was not on voicemail but if it was, who is he to tell me what I am to do with my personal phone? In my time?
I also do not appreciate the same agent hanging up on me when declining an upgrade request.
I am a customer of dstv and am quite disgusted with this. Are your sales dropping drastically to have to harass your existing customers? Considering the recent reshuffling of channels; taking away some channels that were previously part of a package is a pretty desperate move. If you keep this up, more people will discontinue your service. I know I am considering this!
