Good day Peter.
i have a really good one here. I want proof that the person working with accounts department is licenced and know what is going on with our account.
this is already October month now multichoice want to charge me for a payment that is not done on May month now my payment AGAIN is R2700.00 without the other R725.16 last time i reconnected i also paid almots R2000 to connect again this is not possible how does this dstv work because no consultant can go back and look carefull on everything that is paid and done! last time when we wanted to make a loan multichoice said we owe them almos R35000 rand on ITC then after a month they explained to us it was a big mistake everytime i want to recconect they come and say i owe them AGAIN over R2500 this is pathetic they need to wake up and really I want their Licenced account department are they qualified or not because here is going on with this account
