Again my service is cut and i don't know what more to do, is there no legal force that can stop these people from consumers? consumers that are cut off before they make payment is billed an additional R50.00 for reconnection. if you know of anyone that us as consumers can go to, to clamp down on this company. consumers that can just afford to pay their way clear now gets billed another R50.00 that they cannot afford to lose because they have already worked out their budgets.
DSTV and multi-choice should be ashamed for doing this to people that can actually be their most loyal clients.
