As we all know money can be an issue with everybody except the richest ones, so sometimes or some months it happens that we might fail to pay our subscription for the month, one thing i was always contend with is i always knew that if i fail to pay for the month subscription i will still enjoy to watch the free public channels like SABC 1, 2, 3 and Etv and it so happened that we did manage to watch the free public channels on the pvr when we failed the other month. This month we failed to pay n the only channel showing on the hd pvr is 100, this is seriously dissapointin and frustrating on the same time. We called the call center and the agent told us that we can only be able to be watch the free public channels if we were using a normal decoder, seriously what are the advantages of having an hd pvr if comes with so many disadvantages. This might seem as a silly report but as an hd pvr customer isnt this one of the priviledge i should be given that one time i can not manage ton pay my subscription, now you have to start looking around for an aerial and all when you have a pvr sitting there useless. My question is why dd we manage to view the public chanels the other time and now we cant
