Last week we had our new HD PVR installed and called the call centre to have it connected. When the lady gave me the new monthly amount I almost fainted. R1390 per month. We queried this before we had the HD PVR installed and we we told that it would not cost anything extra as we currently have an SD PVR. I called again the next day and the lady I spoke to at he call centre then insured me that the payment is now R1390 per month. Today I called to downgrade and was informed by the gentlement that I spoke that we are being over charged. Has anyone at Multichoice have any idea what they are doing??? I now have no idea what we should or shouldn't be paying. Can someone that knows what's going on please help???
