A double entry of R601.50 for movie tickets purchased (on line) was deducted from my credit card on 31/5/2013. The matter was reported and followed up numerous times via telephonic conversation and email to have the second amount of R601.50 reversed. Bank statements were submitted showing the error. No reversal of funds or word from Ster-Kinekor since 25/6/2013 despite promises to attend to it. The call number I have repeatedly used is an 082 number (with higher than average charges) which is also frustrating.
