My account is still incorrect - only a portion of the monies has been refunded on a statement received from the accounts dept to which I immediately sent an email to point this out. No response from anyone regarding this. I believe my next step is to get lawyers & have the CPA involved. Extremely quick to deduct monies but what we have to go through to sort out errors that DSTV have made is just not acceptable. Not once has any manager been in contact.
