So I'm planning a birthday outing for my daughter and her friends for 15 October. Part of that is to take them to the movies. I call ticket line and I state that Smurfs is released in 47 days and I ask how long it will be on circuit to see if it will coincide with my daughters birthday. Vigie, abruptly and rudely asks me "How can you ask me when the movie will end if it hasn't started" Naturally this is not the response I was expecting. Somehow she gets to a point of explaining, rudely that the end date is determined by ticket sales. How am I as a customer supposed to know that. In anger and frustration I call her and and she then responds by calling me an and drops the line. How's that for customer service. Now my next steps will be to use my network and get this episode of customer service in the media.
