Multichoice
False advertising robbed me-gathering legal advice

I think its time to take action against a company that apparently cares, but obviously this care does not extend to their subscribers. On Sunday the 6th of July I renewed my DSTV contract after a 2 and a half year absence. I did this specifically with the launch of the new DSTV Extra bouquet of R380 p.m. Eventually it seemed there was an option that was a little more affordable and still allowing access to good programs like The Ellen Show..guess what? I was sold this package on Sunday but was NEVER told that this will be short lived. Monday night I watched exactly half of the show before the screen went blank. Tuesday it says that The Ellen Show was moved from channel 114 to 113 and I do not have access to either of these channels! This is false advertising and I DEFINITELY want to be reimbursed for EVERY single cent spent on acquiring your services PLUS the installation. I am supposed to be called back by a manager at DSTV, after spending half an hour on my phone to get hold of anyone to assist. In the meantime, consider my subscription cancelled with immediate effect. I hope your other dissatisfied clients follow suit-you are daylight robbers thieving peoples hard-earned cash.
