I wish for a suitable channel provide

My wife duly paid for the next month after the email appeared onscreen. Now disconnected and no one at the call Center answers. Just get told we have an outstanding account and also need a R25 connection fee. This has happened too often!!! Well I have had enough of you Multichoice/DSTV. I am selling this dreaded decoder/PVR of yours and going the ADSL route. This was the last straw. If you can't be bothered to put a person on the other end of a VAS rated call then I can't be bothered to give you more business. And btw I want my R570 back.
