Not getting what i payd for!!!

I am on n package called select2 and therefor has some privilege's of n selected programs that they promote. and more than once this is happening to me that when I want to watch kyknet they cut it and I get a message on the screen that I did not pay; I reported this more than a week ago but they not interested in attending to my problem.
what am I to do??
