This is to confirm that Rudi Prinsloo has gone out of his way to rectify the problem and misunderstanding that has arisen between the seller and the buyer (me).
He really went the extra mile in assisting me, to help provide the service I have paid for, that was not originally delivered, because of use of his e - mail account. Very helpfull and very assisting and understanding manner.
