I RECIEVED AN MSG ON MY DSTV ACCOUNT THAT I OWE R1327.77 AND LAST MONTH I DID NOT PAY September PREMUIM I WAS ASKED TO SEND MY PROOF OF PAYMENT OVER 4 TIMES WHICH I DID NOW I GET A MSG SAYING I OWING MONEY FOR LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER IS NOT REFELECTING .
NOW I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS RE-CONNECTION FEES THAT ARE DUE because of not paying
I AM TIRED OF DOING THIS I CALL ALMOST EVERY MONTH TO GET THIS SORTED OUT and stay on line for about 20 - 30 minutes a time
and i keep fighting with rude people on the other side and the managers are even worst they have attitude problems. I wish that this can be resolved hopely this would be the last time I have to complain.
AND I AM NOW FEDUP WITH THIS.
