To whom it may concern.
A friend of mine hired out a jumping castle for the weekend of the 12-13 October.
They supplied only one pump for this massive thing, when its supposed to be 2 (1 on either side of the castle).
A friend of mine went on it and injurged himself coming down the other end as the slide was not pumped up properly, we found tons of holes and air pressure was escaping left, right and center.
We phoned the owner and he came passed and put the 2nd pump in. still wasnt working.
The lady who owns ABC Jolly Jump was very rude to my friend and would not even offer an apology for its state and injuries.
No refund either. They said that no adults were supposed to be on this jumping castle, which I believe is rubbish, as we hired out a single jumping castle for new years eve last year and it worked perfectly with 6-7 adults on it. no problem!!!
Truly and utterly disgusted. This company isnt listed in the edenvale directory nor is it available anywhere else.
Please see to it that they are closed down!!!
