On Friday the 18th I had attended the 20:30 screening of Les Misarables, one of 2013 most anticipated films. Unfortunately the sound quality was extremely shocking, one could not hear most of the film, when spending R60 a ticket for a family of four one doesn't expect such uneffiecient service. The experience of watching one of this years most anticipated films was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing due to the sound quality. Please rectify this issue.
