Unfair blacklisting

I found out that they have blacklisted me on the 15/05/12. I have never been contacted or sent any correspondance about the outstanding amount. the dstv is installed at my mothers place and she has never received any correspondance about the outstanding balance aswell. i have since paid the amount and reconnected the services and activated the debt order.

I want my name to be taken off ITC or I am taking the matter to the NCR and lay a formal compaint.
