Sunday 12th of may my family and i were set to watch Justin bieber, we got there at, about 18:20. we tried to scan our tickets but only i got in the scanners could not read the rest (bought them from computicket) we were then ushered to gate 18 with my family stuck on the one side of security and me on the other. At gate 18 they gave us and did not want to let us in finally after begging and pleading they granted us acsess. We then ran to ourseating area as the show started already.when getting there we were told by the usher it's full and they were giving us other seats, we followed her and we were forced to sit on the side of the stage, could not see him and the moniters did not help as the camera zoomed in once the whole show and ontop of it all the sound was terrible. It was an evening that started with such high expectations but in the end we seriously regretted it all.been to many concerts with you guy's but this was by far the worst.
