I had voluntarily suspended my DSTV account for a few months because I was traveling. On 2 April I made an EFT in anticipation of requesting a re-activation. Immediately my account was debited with R50 reconnection fee and 13 days' subscription (the service was however NOT reactivated). When I called on the 15th ( -) to reactivate my service I discovered the incorrect billing and was promised that both will be reversed. Since then it has been a continuous stream of emails between myself and enquiries. Please stop this runaround and sort it out now.
