Daintree Estates adv a house in Witfield for R450 000.00 which we put an offer in. This was an estate late, I had to pay a deposit R30 000.00 was paid over to the "trust" account in July 2014. Almost a year later no property no deposit no information no nothing, where is my money? I had sent email after email to Yolandi from Daintree, who eventually advised me that our offer was approved and they will sent the documents to be signed, that was December 2014. when i eventually got hold of someone in January, Yolandi left, i spoke to Sue who advised me she will get back to me the following day, she never did. i have been following up and all the time she is in meetings or busy. about 3 months ago i saw on property 24 that the same property which is suppose to be mine is back on the market with another agent, when i emailed this agent he was not very helpful and refused to give me the trustee details. at one stage i lodge a complaint on hello Peter, which Sue responded that my money is in a trust. I got an attorney to follow up for me and find out what was going on, Sue advised them that Daintree Estates no longer exists, and she is trying to recovery my money buy selling properties or something. Again I am left in the dark, she said my money was in the trust, now she needs to recover it. She actually stole my money, that is the bottom line, and there is a number of people that I saw on Hello Peter that also had a problem with Sue.
