Unfortunetly, some people out there believe that supplying bad service to the industry means success in their business.
These 2 people in the rental division of statusmark will let you down as me. Applying for a property through a trust application very few people have the knowledge and understanding of but these people simple do not bother in coming back to you at all. WHERES THE SERVICE! I tried reporting this to the EAAB but this company is not listed.
I honestly dont care if you dont come back to me but people out there should be informed that they will be messed around when it comes to renting a property through this crowd.
After many mails sent to these 2 people with questions to my answers, it had seemed like the effort was too much to come back to me, Do i have to do your Job as well? I had to obtain the trust criteria for rental applications for these people as well.
