Still awaiting a refund from Re/max Blaauwberg, after several e-mails I still have no clairity and no money refunded. Suddenly I am held liable for paint and cracked walls after no inspection in 3 years of occupying this unit. When asked for the images of the filthy place taken on 01 Dec 2010 when occupancy commenced it cannot be made available. I would never ever recommend Re/Max Blaauwberg to any person, they are the worse letting agency and real charlatans.
