Moved into a flat that is managed by the company, am subjected to living in a place where one door (glass) does not close and have to use a rope or paper to close it, and am being charged for repairing a toilet, and have written several emails on fixing and on the charge that has been appearing on my statement, I have had no response on the charge, the fixing I still await their response, as about 3 or more weeks a handy man came to check on the issues... Kindly assist me in this regard as this is really frustrating me
