Jacques quoted me R3000, 00 to fix my faulty gate motor. I gave him the go ahead and he had the motor for a few days. he came back installed it and phoned me to make a payment of R3000 which I duly did. This was after confirming with our nanny at home that the gate is working. That evening as I got home the gate was not working. I immediately phoned Jacques and this is where all the problems began. He did come out and confirmed that the person that he outsourced the work to did not replace all the gears and that this will be duly done. As of yet no repairs have been done (two months later!!) and he is now saying that I still owe him R100 and that he will not come and fix the gate. This person is one of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune to come in contact with.
