Excellence marketing is people's money. They give you a estimate of what they will subtract from your deposit, but they and take more than they say.

when you try and phone them no one answers and they do not return your phone calls. they are the worst Property agents in the business. they will do anything just to take your money.

I have never come accross people so desperate to take some else's money. they should be ashamed to call them self "Excellence" it is rubbish!!!
