Not authorized to do credit check violation of CPA

When accessing my credit profile I became aware of a credit check been completed by remax weltevreden park without my authorization which is against the consumer protection act.

I have had no dealings with them for more than 3 years and have not given them authorization to do the check

Institutions need to respect the consumer act which is there for a purpose.
