Violating my right of Safety

I was driving home at 1:30am when a police car pulled me over in Reddersburg street. When i asked them if we could please drive to the nearest garage because i'm woman alone in my car they refused and cut me off in the road so that i had no choice as to stop. I think this is a violation of my right for safety. There are so many corrupt cops out there and i didn't feel safe to stop. It is my right to ask to drive to a place where i feel safe to stop!!
