My wife sol her house in 2010. Still waiting for Municipal refund. You get the run-around from the Council when you make enquiriis.
My son sold his house in 2008. He is also still awaiting a refund. Also no joy from the Council
With the new Court ruling last week we can now sue the Council for non delivery through the Small Claims Court and this is what we are going to do.
