DATACAPTURING DEBACLE

This morning at 00:15am I lodged a complaint regarding traffic violations of illegally parked vehicles in my road.
I called
Traffic Patrol Room 021 596 1999 (Call centre 24 hours). I spoke to a lady at 00:15am. Anyhow she captured the name of the street incorrectly so that Metro Police 021 812-4463 were unable to do their job properly and could not find where the problem was.

I am NOT IMPRESSED that this lady wrote down the incorrect details.
