IT IS NOT ABOUT THEM BUT ABOUT ASSISTING CLIENTS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY AND IF THEY CANT - STILL MAKE THE CLIENT FEEL WELCOME AND DO IT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER!!! THEIR SERVICE!
