Lolly provident fund
I was retrenched by Khanya Hygiene in April, I filled all my provident fund document I took my original form and left a copy with Nevillene Jarrar, I submitted the documents to old mutual, they received them, they told that they need an eclaim form as they no longer use the manuals, I told the wage clerk of Khanya about this, she refused to fill the form online, because of the fact that I submitted my own document, I called mutual asking for help old mutual reply was that it doesn't matter that I submitted my own documents the form she needs to fill its an online form is the same as those manuals I submitted so she should stop lying, I told her manager Kobbie about this and the managing director of Khanya Marius Olivier and Veronica Kweyi the director, after that I got a call from Nevillene Jarrah claiming that old mutual wants original forms of my application I called old mutual again, old mutual said to me they never said that why would they request documents that are not sufficient they use the online system, I spoke to the management vof Khanya again about this they decided to ignore me as if am crazy, the pastv 3 months I have been waiting for my provident fund and the Khanya is delaying old mutual about the process of my money as am unemployment am depending on this money, Khanya they are delaying the process just to boost their egos, I went to department of labour they said I must contact the bargaining council of cleaning industry because they do not deal with provident fund, can I take this case to CCMA if you have knowledge please assist my number is 063 889 8192 Thank you.
