After driving over a hour to collect a license card we were surprised to hear no water no work. There were other staff available to help but no one was willing to do so. The gentleman that was there simply said no no one could help us, rudely turned his back on us while talking to him and continued eating his sandwich. As for it was 10:15 he clearly wasnt on his lunch. I think this type if attitude is mainly the reason why our country is in the state it is. Welcometo the new South Africa!
