It does not help to ask the President's staff how we are meant to contact SASSA or DSD if those staff do not answer their phones or if the SASSA website is dysfunctional, because submitting a complaint on the Presidency's website also indicates mail failed. The offending e-mail address is provided as [email protected]. this inability to contact the Presidency, DSD and SASSA through published means indicates a significant lack of service to civil society!
