Please assist urgently
I had a technician (Mary) come out to install a prepaid meter earlier today
She did not check that the meter was working before she left (she assumed it was) and my house is now in complete darkness
Nothing works washing machine, iron, geyser, fridge, freezer...
I need this resolved urgently
I called Neo on 0726306644 she let me speak to Mary who insists its not her problem and I must sort out myself
What kind of attitude is that??
She obviously messed up
Im really irritated, we have also tried putting some extra units but nothing
I then had to call a dozen numbers to find someone to assist till I finally spoke to Daphne on 0123589077 she gave me a reference number 312/7 but in the meantime?
Will someone come out today?
