After being misinformed by the first helper and sent away unecessarily to have to come back after 5 days and do the whole queueing thing again *sigh*, what a pleasure to be helped by Didi Morolong. Not only did she properly inform me what should have been done in the first place, she walked the extra mile and prosessed my request on the spot so I didn't have to go back again!! Thanks Didi, good to know there are still people at SARS that care about taxpayers wasting their time.
