Bad treatment

I was at the clinic today and my daughter had a bad rash and is coughing I was told it's not an emergency by one of the nurses and that Saturday's are for emergencies, the lady was very rude clicking her tongue at other people like me that brought their children for assistance, most of the nurses there are very rude I didn't get her name but I can identify her any time.. Those nurses need people skills ona serious level.
