Poor service dellivery

I towed my car in on the 9Th of july 2013 after mixing water with oil and damaged the engen and the garadge charged me aroud R12, 500 after 3 weeks I took it again for service as it was due I was charged R3, 700 for that and after 4 Months the car gave me the very same problem again (mixing water ...
