I haven't received a magaziine

I have been paying for a magazines that I don't get. I subscribed to get a magazine every week. I only got it twice after that I haven't seen any. I'm left to pay cash and. Buy again for something I'm being billed for but I don't get. I have sent several eemails but haven't got any help.
