Supplier unwilling to replace or refund

I purchased edition 2, 3 & 4 of Cake Decor @ Pick 'n Pay on Saturday 26 October 2013. When I arrived home I realised the magazine has been removed from edition 2. I phoned the call centre number on the product (011 265 4304) but was advised by both the consultant and the supervisor that they only deal with subscribers and do not supply Pick n Pay. They are unwilling to provide me with a supplier contact detail or assist and suggested I buy another edition 2.
