I will be deleting my Junkmail profile today, and will use Gumtree instead. I have no problems posting items for sale with them in the least.
I have a new profile with Junkmail that's about a week old. In the first instance, I have two items for sale with different model numbers, and therefore posted two advertisements with the relevant detail specific to the model number, that was also quoted. The second advertised was declined three times as a duplicate. I responded to the decline mails with reasons, and I have had no response from Junkmail.
In the second instance, I advertised about a 100 DVD titles with a request for interested parties to email me for a list as Junkmail does not allow you to upload Word or Exel documents. This was declined as a or a hoax. No response to my mail to customer care as yet.
These guys are oblivious to detail.
