Last year I met with Andrew White from Trudon who wanted my business to advertise with them. I was happy to do so as I wanted the website from them aswell
They came back to me saying they cannot offer me the website the way I wanted it as their knowledge is too limited when it comes to that, so I told them then there is no point in the package. almost a year later the automatically start billing my account for a service which I DO NOT have.
