No feedback or response for emails sent

We used Bertie for our wedding photography,

But we are struggling to get any response from him in connection with a designer album that he is (suppose to be) designing for us,

I Have sent numerous emails trying to get a response from him but still have not received any feedback from him, Also some of the Photo's that was taken at the wedding was not even touched up as there is visible sweat and other discrepancies on the photos which he assured us would have been edited. Not to be funny but when paying for a Service I expect to get my money's worth,

And It seems to me that these days you need to complain before you get any service from the Service Providers
