I phone FNB mobi call centre(the 147 one) and i cancel a top up 1GB package and in stead they cancel my top up unlimited, and i been on the phone for 2 days now, and i was told i had to buy the package with pro rata to activate it, i said no as why must i pay as FNB MOBI Admin did the Mistake. as till now no responce and my account is 2 months in advice . so a warning to all FNB MObi and the Bank only cares about if you pay if they make a mistake is the users fault.
I ported my Number out of FNB as i cant work with a company thats gives bad service.
PS: they always drop your call if they can say anything
