Complaint / review / scam report
I had several incidents with Avon where they had billed me incorrectly and they had to refund me but it took forever. Now again they are claiming that my account is in arrears and they are threatening to get my name listed. I had dealt with this matter last year and early this year but to my surprise, I received a call from their account department demanding the very same amount. I had send them proof as requested before and now I am expected to pay the same amount again. I request that this matter be resolved and clear my name from their mess.
