I was in the market for a double bed. I had looked at a few places but the service was predatory. Then I went to The Sleep Gallery, the moment I stepped into the store I was comfortable. I was warmly greeted and asked what my requirements were - they not only meant my requirements but suggested ways that they could bring the cost down. They even delivered at no cost since I lived in the surrounding area - other places were going to charge between R250 and R350.
This was really all round great service.
